Yes, after a year of being locked inside, I'm about to travel again. Iceland may seem an odd choice, but it was one of the first places to open up (safely) and, with the 100+ degree temperatures we've been having here, the comparative chilly atmosphere will be a welcome relief! It's more of a geographic tour than a historical one, with a lot of focus on waterfalls, geothermal pools, and geysers, but I am all for it.
Maybe I can start fermenting some book ideas using the Icelandic legend about the large cat that eats children if they don't get clothes for Christmas. However, since I tend to write erotic romance, maybe it will have to be a large cat shifter that eats male exotic dancers if they wear clothes at all.
